TOWNSFOLK gave generously to a street collection or a children's charity. A collection was held in Bromsgrove town centre for Chernobyl 2000, which organises humanitarian aid for the children of Belarus still affected by the aftermath of the nuclear disaster of 1986. A total of £118.92 was raised for the charity during the collection. Anyone who would like more information about the charity or who would like to volunteer, should contact Sallie on 07841386335 or visit www.chernobyl2000ltd.co.uk
